Fuad Nijmeh

"I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me, though he may die, he shall live." With hearts full of faith and submission to the will of God, the families of Nijmeh, Atallah, Khader, Mansour, Garabetian, and Kirollos mourn with great sadness and sorrow the beloved departed Fuad George Nijmeh. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Madeleine Atallah; His children George (Lara), Isam (Rasha), Imad (Ranea), Dana (Youssef). His twelve grandchildren; His siblings Costandi, Najah, Victor, Nabil, and Antone. He passed away in the hope of resurrection of the Lord on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the age of eighty-one. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at St. John the Baptist Melkite Catholic Church, Northlake, IL from 5:00-9:00 pm. The Trisagion service will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025, at St. John the Baptist Melkite Catholic Church at 10:30 in the morning. He will then be laid to rest at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles, IL.
